Alexander “Kelox” Miller is a Kazakh born multidisciplinary artist based in Dresden / Germany. He started breakdancing at the age of twelve. Over the past years he developed his remarkable style which combines flexibility and acrobatics with elements of contemporary dance. Kelox is inspired by a wide range of dance styles and is passionate in photography, art and design.

Following his curiosity Kelox explored the theater stages while dancing for companies such as the Nobulus company in „Out of the Shadow“ (2013), for the the Staatsschauspiel Dresden in “Reckless 2 – Lebendige Schatten”(2012-2013), for the Dresden based company Go Plastic in „Go west young men“ (2015-until now) or the collaboration “Telemann for 5″ choreographed by Joseph Hernandez for the SemperOper ballet & THE SAXONZ for the day of german unity (2016).

In early 2013, he was one of the founders of THE SAXONZ, an ambitious team of extraordinary dancers focusing on international competitions. In 2014 and 2015 THE SAXONZ won the “Battle of the Year Germany” – the national qualifier for the world final breakdance championship in Braunschweig. Since that time THE SAXONZ are regular involved in creative and commercial projects in Saxony and around Germany.

Besides his activities with THE SAXONZ, Kelox finished his Master of Fine Arts degree at the Bauhaus-University Weimar in 2017 and is working as a freelance dancer, dance teacher, graphic designer & video producer.
